Visitation Hours
- Male and Female Inmate visitation is on Thursday, Except Holidays
- 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM
- 12:30 PM - 4 PM
- Inmates have only one (1) hour total time for visitation day.
- For video visits, Chirps, and tablet. Please visit Inmatesales.com to create an account.
Please dress appropriately for visitation.
- Visitors must have a Valid Picture Identification issued by a State or Federal Agency.
- Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and have a School ID.
- You CANNOT visit if you have been an inmate of the Kit Carson County Jail in the past 6 months.
- If you are on active probation or parole, you must have permission from the department where you are on probation or parole.

Inmate Funds
To add money to an inmate's commissary books we accept cash or money orders at the front window during normal business hours or by mailing a money order to the inmate's name C/O The Kit Carson County Sheriff's Office at 1650 Donelan Ave, Suite 103, Burlington, CO 80807.

Bonding Information
By law, our staff cannot recommend any bondsmen. Please research this information via the internet or a phone book.
Bonds can be posted 24 hours a day at KCC Sheriff's Office. Bonds can be accepted in cash, money order, or credit card (3% fee will apply).
